Trafford Church of God will be moving into our new church on Sept. 21. Our new name will be Love’s Crossing Church of God. We will leave Trafford with a historical march/parade going to Love’s Crossing. We will leave at 10:15 a.m. and worship will start at 11 a.m. There will be no evening service. This Sunday will be our last services at Trafford Church of God. It is a sad/happy time. Sad to leave so many good memories behind, but happy to start a brand new chapter in our lives.

• Happy belated birthday to Pam Samuels on Aug. 19.

• “Living In Victory Lane” is the theme for this year’s women’s conference at North Highland Baptist Church. It will be on Oct. 4 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The cost is $10 in advance, $15 at the door and will feature Karen Peck and New River. The price includes lunch. For more information, call Patti at 213-0040.

• Happy birthday to Lori Headrick on Sept. 14, Martha Hogland on Sept. 16 and Lexi Thomas on Sept. 17.

• Thanks to everyone that helped with the Trafford Baptist yard and bake sale. It was a great success.

• Happy birthday to: Steve Creel on Sept. 18; Barbara Sheffield on Sept. 19; and Lauren Peters and Forrest Fromby on Sept. 20.

• Have a wonderful week and if you have any news please let me know.
