Rook masters find a new pupil

- Morris Police Chief Brian Cochran saved the day on Wednesday when Morris Senior Center director Eloise Blankenship needed a last-minute Rook partner. Also playing cards with the pair are Cindy Vest and Don Ault, both of Pinson. “Policing is about more than just getting the bad guys,” said Cochran. There is no word on whether Cochran and Blankenship won the hand.
