Despite overcast skies and periods of rain, organizers said attendance at the Brookside Greenway Festival was strong.

The festival featured arts and crafts and food vendors, in addition to the ever-popular Miss Greenway pageants.

Proceeds from the festival will go toward continued efforts to building and maintaining Brookside’s greenway project along Five Mile Creek.
