Rebecca Mae Welshans, age 56 of Gardendale, passed away on April 1, 2008. She was a member of United Church of God in Birmingham. She was a devoted wife, mother, loving grandmother and cherished friend. Survivors include her husband of 30 years, Randy Welshans, children, Rachel (Troy) Turner, Robert (Amanda) Welshans, Roger (Heather) Welshans, Ron Welshans, REgina Welshans, Renee Welshans; mother, Eva Beasley; sister, Kay Beasley and Pat Bailey; brothers Luke Beasley and Mack Beasley; three grandchildren and mother-in-law, Helen Welshans. Graveside services were held at Moncrief Cemetery.
