Estelle Oliver Rickles, age 86, of Roebuck, slipped away to heaven peacefully at home on March 29, 2008. Services were held at graveside at Oakwood Memorial Gardens on March 31, 2008 at 2 p.m. with burial in Oakwood Memorial Gardens. Bro. Ron McKeever officiated. She was preceded in death by her first husband who was killed in World War 2, Warren Joseph Oliver, and her second husband Fred Rickels and father and mother Monroe and Ella Simmons. Survivors: two sons Warren Michael Oliver and wife Taska and Joe Madison Oliver and wife Linda, five grandchildren April O. Harrison, Tanya O. Stutts, Joey Oliver, Wendy Moore and Mark Oliver, eight great-grandchildren Joseph Douglas and Olivia Harrison, Jessica Oliver, Alex and Sterling Moore, Haily and Tristan Oliver, Britton and Evelyn Stutts, Wendy O. Mood, sister Annie Belle Jefferson and two step- brothers Leroy and Erskine Simmons and many extended family. The family would like to give a special thank you to the caregivers and Dr. Eddie Thomas.
