April is Organ Donor Month, Autism Awareness Month, National Alcohol Awareness Month, Sexual Assault Awareness Month and Child Abuse Awareness Month.

• A good April Fools Day joke: Mix up Jello according to the package directions, then pour some into clear cups, then put a straw in it and let it gel. Then it’s time for the fun when you give it to someone and they start to drink it.

• Happy birthday to Jean Newton and Sylvia Latham on April 2.

• Our life is not without design and purpose. It will give to us exactly what we need, when we need it.

• To the twins, Tara McCombs and Cara Gray, Happy birthday on April 3.
