Minnie Lorene Reid, age 96, of Warrior, left this walk of life on Feb. 9, 2008 with family by her side as she left for heaven. Mrs. Reid was a member of Warrior Church of God and a lunchroom worker for Warrior High School for years. Services were held at Messmer-Goodwin Funeral Home with burial in Warrior Cemetery. Bro. Edwin Williams officiating. Mrs. Reid was preceded in death by her husband Marvin Sylvester Reid, brothers Aubrey, J.W., Floyd and Terrell Doss and one sister Zelma Doss Kincheloe. Survivors: son Bill J. Reid and wife Pat of Warrior, one daughter Neva June Reid of Warrior, two granddaughters Rhonda Reid Hodo and Tonya Reid Trimble and husband Steve, three great-grandchildren Erika Michelle Hodo, Harrison Reid Trimble and Hamilton Garrett Trimble, two brothers Troy and Marshall Doss both of Warrior and a host of friends in the Warrior Community.
