I would like to begin by thanking all who helped make the Princess Girlz crowning ceremony a wonderful success: Porky’s Pride, Ala-bama Crowns, Kelli Ryan, BDSA Friendship Hall and each parent and grandparent of all the Princess Girlz that donated food, time and funds to help us make a special evening for the girls. • It looks like Chili’s is making great progress and will open soon and Chick-fil-A is making progress as well. What an exciting time in the city.

• Don’t forget Fultondale Elementary School spirit night at Zaxby’s on the first Thursday of each month. The PTA receives 15 percent of the sales.

• Don’t forget baseball registration. I do not have all the details, but I do know that they are starting to register children.
