Happy birthday to my dad, Ray Wakeland on Jan. 7. I love you I hope it is wonderful. Happy birthday on Jan. 7 to Joanie (Malo-ney) White and Sharon Craiger.

• Christ-opher Smith turns 5 on Jan. 8.

• Amber Hays has a birthday on Jan. 9.

• Happy anniversary to: Wilburn and Joan Martin on Jan. 10; Steve and Kelly Winnett and Bob and Linda Simmons on Jan. 12. I hope they are wonderful.

• Sheila Harris, president of the Faucett Drive housing authority, would like to thank the following people for their contribution to the Christmas party at Faucett Drive: Young’s Grocery, Unity Beauty Supply Store in Warrior, The Guthrie Development and to the tenants of Faucett Drive. There was plenty of food and gifts for everyone attending the party. A few days later, Sheila Harris and some children went door to door caroling and giving out gifts. Sheila and the board have many exciting things planned for the tenants at Faucett Drive.
