Floyd Sherman McAlpine, age 80, of Warrior, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 6, 2007. Funeral services were be held at Warrior Church of God with burial in Elvester Cemetery. Bro. Harold Jennings, Bro. David Howell and Bro. Raymond Stewart officiated. Survivors: wife Frances McAlpin, sons Stanley (Melinda) McAlpin, Sherman (Vicki) McAlpin, Randy (Brenda) McAlpin and Michael (Brooke) McAlpin, daughter Denise Yarbrough, brother Charles McAlpin, sisters Ruby Rogers and Esamae Childers.
