A very special happy birthday on Dec. 5 goes to a most wonderful friend, Polly Kavli. You have given so much to those around you and I hope that you know you are very much appreciated and loved. Have a wonderful birthday.

• A band booster meeting will be held Dec.11 at 7 p.m. All band parents are asked to come. We will be getting all concession workers health certified. This only takes about 20 minutes.

• Dec.13 will be the band Christmas concert and art show at 6:30 p.m. The junior high and senior high bands, art department and chorus will all participate.

• Happy 13th anniversary to Craig and Lisa Clifton on Dec. 10.

• Fultondale United Methodist Church will be hosting the CareNet Community Lunch for January. Please join our community on Jan. 6 after service for beef stroganoff, green beans, green salad, bread, peach cobbler, coffee and tea. • Mark your calendars, Princess Girlz will be Jan. 14 at 7 p.m. at the BDSA Friendship Hall. This will be our second annual crowning ceremony. For more information, visit us at www.princessgirlz.org.
