Willie ‘Bill’ Gunter

Funeral services for Willie “Bill” Gunter, 68, of Baileyton will be at 2 p.m. Friday, June 15, 2007, at Cullman Heritage Chapel, Bro. Ronnie Jetton officiating, with interment in Duck River Cemetery.

Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Gunter died Wednesday, June 13 at his residence. He was born on April 21, 1939, in Cullman to Garnie Gunter and Lathia Dingler. He was employed with Chesley Oaks Golf Course. He was also a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

He was preceded in death by his father; and his stepfather, R.V. White.

Survivors include his mother, Lathia White of Baileyton; two sons, Greg Gunter of Lincoln, Neb., and Victor Gunter of Hanceville; a grandson, Anthony Gunter; an aunt, Ethel Speegle; and dear friends, Carolyn Morris and Ted and Gwen Price.

A visitation was held on Thursday.

Memorial service arrangements for Charles Zinsmeister, 73, of Cullman are incomplete and will be announced at a later date by Cullman Heritage Funeral Home. Mr. Zinsmeister died on Wednesday, June 13, 2007.



Jerri G. Bevil

Graveside service arrangements for Jerri G. Bevil, 84, of Hanceville are incomplete and will be announced at a later date by Cullman Heritage Funeral Home. Ms. Bevil died Thursday, June 14, 2007, at Hanceville Nursing Home.
