Ruth Ledbetter Aderhold
Funeral services for Ruth Ledbetter Aderhold, 84, of Gardendale will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 13, 2006, at Cullman Heritage Chapel, Michael Calvert officiating, with burial in Cullman City Cemetery at 9 a.m. Wednesday, June 14.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Aderhold died Sunday, June 11 at Carraway Medical Center. She was born on May 17, 1922, in Blountsville to Archie and Rhoda Colenburg Ledbetter. She was a retired licensed practical nurse. She worked in Labor and Delivery at Cullman Regional Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a son, Neuell Aderhold Jr.
Survivors include a son, Richard (Sara) Aderhold of Vinemont; a daughter, Patti Maner of Gardendale; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 to 6:30 p.m. today.
James Dudley Webb
Funeral services for James Dudley Webb, 62, of Cullman will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 14, 2006, at Cullman Heritage Chapel, with burial in Hopewell Cemetery.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Webb died Sunday, June 11 at his residence. He was born on Feb. 7, 1944, in Jefferson County to Floyd C. and Cassie Nix Webb. He was retired from the U.S. Army. In 1965, he entered the U.S. Army and served for over 21 years and received several medals. He served three tours in Vietnam, where he was wounded, and also served in Korea.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include a son, Jeffrey Allen (Kathy) Webb of Eva; a daughter, Martha Gail (Nick) Kaser of Cullman; a sister, Martha McClain of Vinemont; three brothers, Ervin (Chris) Webb and Douglas (Dorothy) Webb, both of Vinemont, and Franklin (Loretta) Webb of Decatur; and three grandchildren, Kayla Caleah Webb, Hunter Brooke Kaser and Walker Ryan Kaser.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today.
James Edward Waddey
Funeral services for James Edward Waddey, 77, of Vinemont will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 14, 2006, at Moss-Service Chapel, the Rev. James Matthews officiating, with burial in Cullman City Cemetery.
Moss-Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Waddey died Saturday, June 10 at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born on Oct. 19, 1928, in Nashville, Tenn., to Ellie and Estelle Stevens Waddey. He was a truck driver with Shell Oil Company.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Rose Lee Agee.
Survivors include his wife, Sean Speer Waddey; a son, James R. (Judy) Waddey of Miami, Fla.; two daughters, Linda (Monty) Harris of Missouri and Kathleen (Mike) Leggett of Huntsville; seven grandchildren, Erika, Laura and Russell Waddey, Amy and Adam Harris, and Jason (Christina) Leggett and Steven Leggett; and two great-grandchildren, Connor and Kennedy Leggett.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today. Family will be welcomed at 5:30 p.m.
James Alvis Cox
Funeral services for James Alvis Cox, 71, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 13, 2006, the Rev. David McDonald officiating, with interment in Good Hope Cemetery.

Mr. Cox died Sunday, June 11 at his residence.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie and Alice Addair Cox; and his wife, Betty Keller Cox.
Survivors include two daughters, Jane Reed and Alice Baldwin; six sons, Alvin Cox, Calvin (Keitrah) Cox, Paul (Holly) Cox, Kenneth Cox, David Cox and Jessie Cox, all of Cullman; 13 grandchildren; two great-grandsons; one brother; and five sisters.
Minnie Lorene Terry
Graveside services for Minnie Lorene Terry, 80, of Hanceville will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 14, 2006, at Cullman City Cemetery, the Rev. Marvin Bryan officiating.
Hanceville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Terry died Friday, June 9 at her residence. She spent most of her adult life in Picayne, Miss.; and returned to Hanceville about three years ago.
Survivors include her son, Fred (Deborah) Terry of Coosada; a daughter, Gloria Leo of Summerdale; a stepdaughter, Fredine Douglas of Picayne, Miss.; a sister, Ruby Cone of Trussville; a brother-in-law, John Crowell of Ocean Springs, Miss.; a sister-in-law, Polly Reinhardt of Brandon, Miss.; and six grandchildren, Adrenne, Angelique, Roxanne, Heather, Dennis and Michael.
Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Lillian Cowart Little Batson
Funeral services for Lillian Cowart Little Batson, 83, of Oneonta will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 14, 2006, at Morgan’s at Gardendale Chapel, the Rev. Doug Moore officiating, with burial in Mt. Olive Cemetery.

Mrs. Batson died Monday, June 12. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Mt. Olive, and was employed as a door greeter at Wal-Mart in Oneonta for the past 14 years.
Survivors include four sisters, Lucille Ingle of San Antonio, Texas, Hattie Holmes of Mt. Olive, Etta Dorman of Houston, Texas, and Betty (Billy) Harbison of Cullman; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends and relatives.
Visitation will be from 5:30 to 8 p.m. today.
Jeannette E. Davis
Funeral services for Jeannette E. Davis of Pell City will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 13, 2006, at Kilgroe Chapel, with a 2:30 p.m. burial at Elmwood Cemetery in Birmingham.
Kilgroe Funeral Home of Pell City is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Davis died Friday, June 9.
Survivors include two sons, Charles Bainbridge of Cookspring and Don G. Davis of Chilton County; a brother, George Bainbridge; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was Monday.
