Tommy C. Echols
Funeral services for Tommy C. Echols, 67, of Graysville, formerly of Cullman, will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 24, 2006, at Moss-Service Chapel with burial in Emeus Cemetery.
Moss-Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Echols died Wednesday, Feb. 22 at his residence.
Myrtle Hestell Bradford
Funeral services for Myrtle Hestell Bradford, 87, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 23, 2006, at Moss-Service Chapel, Bro. Dave Bradford officiating, with burial in Bates Cemetery.
Moss-Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Bradford died Tuesday, Feb. 21 at Cullman Regional Medical Center. She was born on May 5, 1918, in Alabama to Amos Lloyd and Cora Ann Bates Smith. She was a sewing supervisor with Cullman Lingerie. She was loved and will truly be missed by her family and friends.
Survivors include a granddaughter, Brandi (Jeremy) Folds; a great-granddaughter, Isabell Folds; a sister, Ethel Marie (Floyd) Jones; a brother, Homer Smith; a sister-in-law, Helen Smith; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was Wednesday.
Tabetha Dawn Stanley
Funeral services for Tabetha Dawn Stanley, 31, of Cullman will be at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, 2006, at East Point Church of God, Howard Leslie, Jeff Bennett and G.J. Chandler officiating. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, with entombment in Cullman City Cemetery.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Stanley died Tuesday, Feb. 21 at her residence. She was born on March 13, 1974, in Decatur. She was an assistant head cashier at Winn Dixie.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, R.J. Eason.
Survivors include her husband, Cedric Stanley of Cullman; a son, Jasper Stanley of Cullman; her mother, Sherry (Garey) Shedd of Holly Pond; her father, Ronnie Eason of Holly Pond; a sister, Shanna Rollo of Cullman; her grandparents, Hansel and Edna Morgan of Cullman and Dorothy Eason of Holly Pond; and her mother- and father-in-law, Juanita and Billy Wayne Stanley of Florence.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at East Point Church of God; and from 6 to 7 p.m. Friday at the church.
James Edward Robbins
Funeral services for James Edward Robbins, age 80, of Bremen went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2006, at Baptist Medical Center-Montclair. He was a member of New Canaan Baptist Church in Empire. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, was retired from T.C. I. (U.S. Steel), and was owner of Bug Tussle Steak House and Bug Tussel Value Mart.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, in the New Horizon Memorial Chapel, the Revs. Daryl Banks, Floyd Peters and Donald Day officiating. Burial will follow at New Canaan Cemetery in Empire. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Robbins was preceded in death by his parents, Odie Robbins and Annie Mae Robbins Stanford; two brothers, Marzell Robbins and Jimmy Ray Stanford; and a sister, Catheline Sivley.
Survivors include his wife, Willie Mae Robbins; four daughters, Wanda McKoy of Birmingham, Sandra Stewart and her husband, James “Bo” Hartness, Gail (Michael) Fokine, Vickie Robbins, all of Bremen; four grandchildren, Misty (Michael) Blackwood, Andrea (Wade) Lambing, Tony Stewart and Charlie Calvert; three great-grandchildren, Gavin Blackwood, Krystin Lambing and Mason Stewart; a sister, Goldie Jean Clements of Bremen; brother, David Stanford of Morgan County; sister, Ann Manasco of Double Springs; brother-in-law Don Sivley; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Alvin Ellie Carlisle
Funeral services for Alvin Ellie Carlisle, 78, of Tarrant will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, 2006, at Gardendale Chapel, Dr. Marcell Burchfield officiating, with burial in the Mt. Joy Cemetery in Cullman.

Mr. Carlisle died Tuesday, Feb. 21. He was retired from U.S. Steel, was a Past Master Dolcito Lodge No. 596, and deacon and member of Boyles Baptist Church for more than 50 years.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Evelyn Carlisle; two daughters, Reba Ellard and Sharon (Eddie) Lambert, both of Birmingham; two granddaughters, Michelle and Melanie Graves; a grandson, Wayne Gurley; three great-grandchildren, Lucas and Victoria Gurley and B.J. Gingler; two sisters, Florine Stark and Berla Ralph; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday.
