Joyce Glynell Leathers

Funeral services for Joyce Glynell Leathers, 72, of Cullman County, will be at 2 p.m. today, Jan. 3, 2006, at Hanceville Funeral Home, Rev. Dewey Briscoe and Rev. Tom Langley officiating.

Burial will be in Enon Cemetery. Hanceville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Leathers died on Dec. 31, 2005.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Doil Eldred Leathers, who died in 1996, and her parents, Ernest Glen and Dura Cathron (Jones) Farmer.

Survivors include two sons, Richard Leathers of Fultondale and Rodger (Katherine) Leathers of Cullman; two daughters, Sherrie (Bill) Smith of Cullman and Sharron (Terry) Duncan of Blountsville; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a brother, Harold (Catherine) Farmer of Cullman; a sister, Margarett (Lonnie) Bailey of Wylie, Texas; and special friend, Lewis Matkin of Dade City, Fla.

Pallbearers will be Marvin Leathers, Ronnie Moon, Mark Farmer, Darrel Brown, Bryon Dunkin and Carl Dunkin.



James S. Gatties

Funeral services for James S. Gatties, 84, of Cullman will be at 1 p.m. today, Jan. 3, 2006, at Moss-Service Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Cullman Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Gatties died on Dec. 31, 2005.



James Douglas Kilgore

Funeral services for James Douglas Kilgore, 78, of Cullman, will be Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2006, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home. Burial will be at Mount Vernon Primitive Baptist Church cemetery.

He died on Jan. 1, 2006.



Helen Louise Poole Becker

A private graveside service for Helen Louise Poole Becker, 87, of Cullman, will be held at Duck River Cemetery. Williams-McCracken Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

She died Jan. 1, 2006, at Woodland Medical Center.
