Cullman County Circuit Court judges Frank Brunner and Don Hardeman recently presided during criminal court trials and pleadings.

Cases that were not resolved during the Dec. 12 trial docket have been rescheduled or placed on the next criminal court trial docket, which is slated for the week of Feb. 27, 2006.

The first grand jury of the New Year is scheduled to scheduled to consider cases beginning Jan. 3.

Criminal court results from the week of Dec. 12 are as follows:

• Gregory Wayne Anthony, 49, pleaded guilty to two counts of forgery, sentenced to 12 months on each count to be served consecutively.

• Hershel Ray Buchanan, 48, pleaded guilty to theft of property, sentenced to two years/suspended with two years supervised probation.

• Joy Cartron, 42, criminal trespassing, case continued pending appointment of judge.

• Billy Ray Cofer, 58, receiving stolen property, placed on Feb. 27, 2006, trial docket.

• Adam Stewart Gardner, 25, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident with an injury, sentenced to five years.

• Angel L. Harrison, 32, theft of property, placed on Feb. 27 trial docket.
