Funeral services for Stephen Frances Holup, 88, of Cullman will be at 10 a.m. Friday, June 19, 2009, at Christ The King Abbey, Father Sebastian officiating, with interment in Christ The King Abbey Cemetery.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Holup died Monday, June 15, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was employed with General Motors.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Mary Mizak Holup.
Survivors include his wife, Marianne Holup of Cullman; two daughters, Mary (Frank) Tavaris of Whitehaven, Pa., and Rebecca (Phillip) Owensby of Palmerdale, Ala.; two sons, Gerard (Joan) Holup of Wichita, Kan., and Stephen Holup of Kirkwood, Pa.; and seven grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the rosary at 7 p.m.
